With over 30 years experience in the coating manufacturing industry, Joe has focused on the technical aspects of specifications and application of acrylic, coal tar and asphalt emulsions. Joe has been a presenter on coating technology for the National Plant Engineering and Maintenance Show as well as the National Pavement Expo. Currently, Joe’s focus is on business development with end users of Neyra products and the Dynaflex line of acrylic coatings for tennis courts and running tracks.

Randy Lee has been with Neyra Industries since 1989. During this time he has gained extensive experience regarding both the manufacturing and application of pavement sealers. Randy began his career with Neyra as an Assistant Plant Manager and soon became Plant Manager. He is currently a Regional Vice President, responsible for both production and sales. His sales territory includes New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.

John Pippin is a veteran at Neyra Industries. He retired in 2009 as Vice President of Sales, having dedicated over 20 years to serving our customers. John was too energetic to remain retired for long and has rejoined the Neyra sales team. He covers his home state of Texas, as well as Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado and New Mexico.

Jeff has been with Neyra Industries for a total of 10 years, with a stint in between as an asphalt maintenance contractor himself. He is currently the rep for the Central region, which includes Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia and Missouri. In addition, one of his current projects includes opening Neyra Pavement Product distribution centers. Jeff’s diverse experience provides him with an extensive understanding of Neyra products and the best way to implement them in an asphalt maintenance program.
Don Long

Don has more than 35 years of experience in the industry. He started out applying parking lot and recreational coatings in the southeast, then later became general manager of a pavement maintenance company and has since worked as a sales rep for Neyra Industries, working with contractors and sharing his extensive experience with pavement coating application.

Ron is based in Reading, Pennsylvania and his territory includes Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. Ron has more than thirty 30 years of experience in the sales, development, manufacturing, quality assurance and application of coal tar and asphalt emulsion sealers.
Pat Rupert

Pat Rupert was a member of the team that built the very first Neyra manufacturing plant in 1975. Since then, Pat went on to a successful sales career, with almost 30 years of sales experience including John Deere. Pat rejoined the Neyra sales force in 2010, and his territory currently includes Ohio and Indiana.
